Can you receive inventory from overseas?
We can discuss receiving imported inventory, including coordination of inbound freight. Details depend on your shipment type and are confirmed during planning.
How does onboarding work?
We start with a conversation about your business, design a workflow together, coordinate your first inbound shipment, and then begin fulfilling orders through the agreed process.
How is fulfillment pricing determined?
Pricing is custom and depends on factors such as order volume, SKU count, storage needs, packaging, and special handling. We provide a quote after reviewing your requirements.
Can you handle wholesale and direct-to-consumer orders?
We can discuss supporting both DTC and B2B / wholesale orders, including carton and pallet shipments. Specific retailer requirements are reviewed individually.
